Clear rights for the delivered source.
These terms describe the standard B2B license model for NavCore and NavCorePro. A signed order form or individual license agreement takes precedence.

Scope and business customers
NavCore products are offered exclusively to businesses, public bodies and other legal entities acting in a professional capacity. They are not offered to consumers.
The license applies to the purchasing legal entity. Use by affiliates or other legal entities requires a separate written agreement.
Plans and standard prices
All prices are net, plus applicable VAT. The selected plan and delivered scope are recorded in the order form. Custom integration, migration, training and feature development are quoted separately.
License rights and restrictions
After full payment, the customer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the delivered source-code snapshot for its own internal products and operations.
Contracted developers may work with the source for the customer when they are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. The customer remains responsible for their compliance.
The license does not include product ownership, exclusivity, assignment, sublicensing, publication, redistribution, resale or making the source available to another legal entity. Repository history, unreleased work and future versions are not part of the delivered snapshot unless the order form says otherwise.
Delivery and payment
Delivery format, version, platform target and included documentation are defined in the order form. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 calendar days without deduction.
Source access or the agreed delivery package is provided after payment or according to the milestones stated in the order form.
Updates, support and continued development
The one-time license covers the delivered version. Future versions, updates, maintenance, support, integration work and product-specific extensions are not included unless stated in writing.
These services can be commissioned separately from neelixx. NavCore and NavCorePro remain independently owned products that neelixx may continue to develop and license.
Final agreement
This page is a commercial summary. The signed order form and license agreement govern the final scope, acceptance, warranty, liability, confidentiality and any customer-specific rights.
